Customer Notice re Tickets purchased for March 10th......new date Sat 18th May.
Important Notice - Customers with tickets for the March 10th date should contact their original point of purchase / ticket outlet by Monday 8th April at the very latest in order to arrange either a refund or for rescheduled tickets which can then be collected at the venue box office on the night of Sat 18 May.
If you purchased your tickets from Lancashire Tickets, Ticketweb, Ticketline, See Tickets, Eventim or Gigantic - You should be contacted by them in the near future informing you of the new date and your choice to either get a refund or to transfer your tickets to the new date. If you have had no contact from them by 22nd March please contact their customer services.
If you purchased your tickets from UCLan Student Union Reception or Action Records - You should contact them in person to arrange a refund or to transfer your tickets to the new date.
If you purchased your tickets on the door on the night of the show - Please email and please state how many tickets you purchased.
PLEASE NOTE: in order to get a refund or for your tickets to be transferred to the new date you must contact your point of purchase / ticket outlet by Monday 8th April. After this date tickets from the 10th March event will not be able to refunded or transferred.
